Returns

​

While it is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your MAC Originals artwork, we encourage you to contact us if you’ve experienced any issues. We will strive to sort your problem out as best we can and as efficiently as possible. We have simplified our return policy and ask that you adhere to the following steps:

1. You must notify us within 24 business hours of receiving your artwork if you would like to return or exchange your item. Please describe the problem and the reason for the return. Should you email or leave a voicemail on the weekend when we are closed, please be assured that we will honor the timestamp of your voicemail or email message.

2. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the date you received your order. MAC Originals is not responsible for returns that we do not receive and we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value.

3. We will only accept artwork returned in their original condition meaning no other than what has been described when contacting us within the 24 hour period of delivery and acceptance (as mentioned above) and packaged sufficiently to ensure no damage occurs during transit. Should damage occur during transit it is up to you the customer to pursue damages via the selected courier, delivery or postal service. Should we find that a painting does not meet these conditions upon receipt, we reserve the right to refuse the return, refund and exchange. Should the painting be returned and damaged in any way MAC Originals reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

4. All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt of purchase along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Returns without the above mentioned will not be accepted.

5. Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non refundable.

6. Refunds will only be issued upon our receipt of the returned order and to the conditions mentioned above.

7. Refunds will be processed for the cost of the painting only and any tax charges (if applicable).

8. We will not accept any return that is received after 5 days from the date of your order.

9. We are happy to process any return for an exchange (and that meets the above mentioned) and that can be arranged at the time within 5 days of purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping the original painting back to us but we will ship the exchange to them free of charge.

10. Should you elect to receive a credit rather than an exchange or a refund (if applicable) to your original method of payment, your online store credit will be loaded directly into your MAC Originals account for use on future orders.
